Vanessa Started with the opening of Apex Urgent Care Richmond in 2020 as a Medical Assistant and NCT performing x-rays before taking on her current role. Vanessa also graduated with her associates of health applied science from Remington college. She’s been in the medical filed for 3 years and is originally from Houston TX. She takes great pride on being a dog mom, medical staff training and daughter. Vanessa loves spending time with her puppy, family and friends. As a clinic coordinator her goals with Apex Urgent Care is patient care, grow, and learn more.

It was very easy to make an appointment. As previously stated the receptionist could have been more welcoming. My appointment was at 9:30 am on. Sunday, I left at 11:00 am. I personally think I waited a long time (almost 45 minutes) after checking in to see the provider. Very clean waiting room and exam room. The provider was very detailed in examining my problem. Would give them another try in the event that I need urgent care in the future.

I took my 6yo because she was having breathing issues and the doctor called me in immediately. They took really good care of her. The whole staff was very friendly and great with my daughter. Would recommend.

My experience wasn’t great. The team was nice and helpful but everything , to get my information to them it’s by cellular app and no everyone it’s good with this . Plus long time to wait to get inside with the nurse and during the visit, more than two hours ….And an aside note, the music in the waiting room area was sooo bad ( like in a dance club) and no everyone enjoy this music. I know that all the team is young but a calm music could help.
Like I said, the team is good, just details to make the experience better.

I am new to this area actually new to TX and I can’t begin to say how much I appreciate the great care I was given at Apex Urgent care , they have truly restored my faith in how well urgent cares can be run . Great and friendly staff , caring , compassionate and the facility is so clean and even the waiting room feels extra comfortable while your waiting they offer waters and coffee or tea . They really treat their patients very well and quickly all with a friendly smile I give them a 💯 for sure 😇😍

I walked into Apex maybe 20 minutes before they closed and I was very sick. But they took their time and made sure I left with prescriptions and they hit the nail on the head. A few days later I felt much better. The nurses and Doctor were very concerned and called to check in the next day too. Thank you to all the kind staff!
